What is your refund or cancellation policy ?
Sure, you can refund your deposit till 45 days before your event date.
can i change the reservation date after booking ?
you can only change your date once for free after reservation, Since it is more than 45 days before your event date.
extra fees will be applied for next date changing.
when we will receive the photos ?
Depending on which service you chose, it will be between 7 to 30 days.
do you charge a travel fee ?
Yes we do, if your event is outside Cairo. And it depends on the location and how far it is.
our reservation team will inform you how much it will cost.
can we order prints or albums directly from you ?
Sure, you can.
how we will receive our photos ?
we have the most secured way to deliver your photos, and that will be through our website with secured and permanent login.
when should i add more photographers ?
If your event has more than 250 guests.
